Just baste with olive oil, and a little garlic salt. To stuff them put about 1 inch of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add squash, cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until a fork can pierce the stem with a little resistance. Be careful not to overcook it or it will become mushy.
